Stephanie is a licensed aesthetician with almost 25 years experience as a full time permanent makeup artist. This arguably makes her one of the most experienced artists in Canada, where permanent makeup began with the microblading fad and is still in its infancy. As a native Australian, Stephanie specializes in permanent makeup on sun damaged and compromised skin and is passionate about creating long-lasting, natural looking results. She is CPCP certified, an SPCP trainer member and a Certified Trainer and Assessor that effectively pairs her many years of experience with her organized and thorough teaching methods.

I found this really thorough and informative. It covered a lot more than I was expecting and I’m now much clearer on needle choice. I’m two years into my PMU career and I can finally say I know what a bug pin is and taper lengths mean!

I’ve been doing PMU for 5 years and I still had too many questions 😕

I have wanted to make my work as simple as possible without feeling I had to keep changing technique to get a good result. I constantly bought new machines and pigments hoping to get the results I was looking for.   But what I needed was better education!


Then I heard of Halcyon I bought the  ‘Pointillism’ course which is now going to be the way I fill my shaded brows.  This is a technique every PMU artist needs to know.


After doing ‘needles and more’ course I can now confidently choose the correct needle and know what the result will be. Or look at any skin type and know what I need to choose, both needle and pigment type. The combined amazing knowledge I’ve gained from  Stephanie and Kelly in these online courses has lifted my confidence and results and that’s a great feeling after all this time!! 

These courses are amazing value and I can’t recommend them highly enough .. I’ll be doing more
