Cancellation / Refund Policies

For In-Person Classes.

  • All classes require a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit or Full Payment to register for class. The balance owing is due 14 days prior to class start date.

  • Cancellations within 2 weeks of class are not eligible for a refund.

  • If class payment was paid in full, cancellations before 2 weeks prior to class are eligible for a refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.

For Online Courses

  • All online courses are paid in full and a registration email will be sent from www.halcyoncosmetic.thinkific.com within a few minutes of receipt of purchase.

  • Online training is not eligible for refund after registration of class.

For Mentorship Program

  • Mentorship Programs require full payment upon registration.

  • Cancellation of program has a 14 day or "prior to students first message" grace period. If cancelled in this time you will receive full refund minus a 15% cancellation fee. Any cancellations after this do not qualify for refund.
