Cancellation / Refund Policies
For In-Person Classes.

All classes require a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit or Full Payment to register for class. The balance owing is due 14 days prior to class start date.

Cancellations within 2 weeks of class are not eligible for a refund.

If class payment was paid in full, cancellations before 2 weeks prior to class are eligible for a refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
For Online Courses

All online courses are paid in full and a registration email will be sent from www.halcyoncosmetic.thinkific.com within a few minutes of receipt of purchase.

Online training is not eligible for refund after registration of class.
For Mentorship Program

Mentorship Programs require full payment upon registration.

Cancellation of program has a 14 day or "prior to students first message" grace period. If cancelled in this time you will receive full refund minus a 15% cancellation fee. Any cancellations after this do not qualify for refund.
